2nd class were really fortunate to get a class visit from a local beekeeper this week. Pat told us lots of really fascinating facts about bees (Grandads know a lot!). He also came dressed in his beekeeper suit and even showed us an old bee hive. Last but not least he also gave us some honey to take home with us. Thanks Pat (and Aoife).
